How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you talk to
Elementsdowntown Restoration does not have crews. After you send a request, you will talk with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. It sets its own prices, schedule, and methods.
This page explains what to expect and what to ask.
What happens next
- You send your details through the request form, or use Request a callback to check provider availability.
- Your request is passed to a local provider who may serve your area.
- The provider contacts you to ask about the damage and may schedule a visit.
- The provider gives you a quote. Ask for it in writing.
Call hours vary by provider, so a reply time can differ from one provider to the next. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise it.
What to ask a provider
A few good questions can save money and stress:
- Are you licensed or registered where I live?
- What exactly is in this quote, and what is not?
- What could raise the price, such as hidden moisture or mold?
- How will you measure that things are dry?
- How long will the work likely take?
- Will you help document the damage for my insurer?
Price often depends on how much area is wet, how long it has been wet, and the type of water. Typical U.S. jobs vary a lot, so a written quote matters more than any average.
Get your records ready
Document before cleanup. Take clear photos and short videos. Note the date you found the water and what you think caused it. Keep receipts for any items you buy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim, but your policy and your insurer decide what is covered.
You are in control
You do not have to accept the first quote. You can ask other providers for quotes and compare them side by side. Look at scope, materials, timing, and price together. A quote with a small number may leave out work you need.
If something feels rushed, slow down and ask questions.
