How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Elementsdowntown Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when contacting Elementsdowntown Restoration
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Elementsdowntown Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@elementsdowntown.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens After You Write

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
