Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Elementsdowntown Restoration wants people of all abilities to be able to use elementsdowntown.world. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@elementsdowntown.world and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
Your feedback on the accessibility of this site is welcome. Email contact@elementsdowntown.world and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As the site changes, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
